Subject: Gifting Loophole Fix

Players had been badly abusing the 1 Gem Video offers unlocking Gifting for new accounts. That loophole has been closed. In addition to normal purchases, gifting is now unlocked for accounts that have completed at least one offer worth 10 or more Gems through our partners at SuperRewards, Gambit, and UltraWall.

Gifting is available for:

Accounts that have purchased or earned 10 or more Gems from a single transaction/offer

Accounts that have reached level 25

All normal Gem purchases, including all Resident memberships, credit card, mobile phone, and mail-in transactions unlock Gifting regardless of the character's level.
